Integrated BI Solutions Inc. (IBIS) is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our Software Development team based in Woodlawn, MD. This role requires extensive experience in various modules and services and will serve as a ServiceNow Team Lead providing direction and assistance to the development team.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Act as the Team Lead and Senior ServiceNow Developer. • Analyze the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal. • Lead the development of solution artifacts, including road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements. • Build prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions based on defined requirements. • Provide guidance and technical mentorship to junior and mid-level ServiceNow Developers. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Ability to obtain and maintain an SSA Public Trust Suitability clearance is required. • Bachelor's and 7 years of experience, Master's and 5 years of experience or 11+ in lieu of a degree • 8+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR • 5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews. • 5+ years of experience in developing system architecture, design principles, and impacts. • 5+ years of experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.) • 5+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.) • 5+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions. • Must have strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Expertise in full-platform ServiceNow development and third-party technology integrations. • Experience leading requirements-gathering and analysis sessions with diverse stakeholders. • Experience with AWS Cloud Management Platform. • Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities. • Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience with Web development, including technologies such as X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, Angular and JavaScript, PHP, .NET, or Java • Experience with implementing Java scripting to support automation across the various modules in ServiceNow. • Experience with REST and SOAP web service protocols • Experience with Business Rules, Workflow, Identification Rules, Workspaces and External Portals • Knowledge of SAML, Active Directory, or LDAP • Specialized ServiceNow Developer Certifications, including ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, TRM/APM or HR • An ITILv4 Foundations certification and a Project Management or Agile certification. • Additional ServiceNow CIS certification with preference for the following: • Certified System Administrator (baseline) • Certified Application Developer (baseline) • CIS – Customer Service Management • CIS – IT Service Management • CIS – Discovery • CIS – Service Mapping • CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management • CIS – Application Portfolio Management • CIS – Software Asset Management • CIS – Hardware Asset Management
